Spicy Nuts With Rosemary

Description
These are very moreish. Also healthy!
Ingredients
- 100g cashew nuts
- 100g macadamia nuts
- 120g pecan nuts
- 60g whole almonds with skin
- 80g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp nigella seeds
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 sprigs rosemary leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp gound black pepper
- 2 tsp mild-ish cayenne such as Kashmiri chilli powder
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 170c/gas mark 3 or 4. Put everything on a lined baking tray except the pepper and cayenne and roast for about 18 minutes until the nuts turn a little brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in the pepper and cayenne. Allow to cool then store in a jar.
