A combination of cheese, anchovies and olives make these crispy appetiser biscuits a real winner.

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you have made a firm dough. Wrap dough in clingfilm and place in the fridge for 20 minutes. Heat your oven to 200c, Gas mark 6. Roll the dough out thinly onto a floured surface. Cut the dough into 5cm strips, then diagonally so as to make little triangles. Place them on a lined baking sheet and bake for ten minutes. Cool them on a wire rack. They freeze well.
